Eco Tours is a company focused solely on its customers. This is our core business. We simply cannot afford to have unsatisfied customers, so we always do our absolute best to make sure you leave with the best experience possible.

Safari and Trekking Programs

We at Eco Tours believe that the best commercial strategy is to have satisfied costumers. That is why we do not waste time with inefficient resource allocation. Each of our employees has his or her specialties and that is why some employees do one thing, while others do something totally different. We do not believe in every person performing every task. Our cook will be doing the shopping and preparing your meals. Our driver/guide will drive you to and on safari and spot animals for you. This person focuses on his/her specialty. You won't find our drivers cooking for you. That isn't what you'd expect from a professional organization.

Does this mean we are not flexible?

Not, at all. Because we employ so many people we can grant your every wish! This is the African way of doing business and it works well for the company and our clients.

Transportation

We use only the best 4x4 safari vehicles, as you can see. These vehicles are provided to us by an external company. This means that all trucks are regularly checked and all repairs are made by skilled professionals. Because we use a company dedicated to supplying safari vehicles to safari companies, you can rest assured knowing these trucks are very well maintained and new trucks are purchased on a regular basis instead of running every available mile in them (until they eventually fall apart). We also use trucks with roofs that open allowing a very comfortable viewing experience when you are driving in the safari plains!!

Food

Eco Tours always supplies customers with plenty of bottled Kilimanjaro water. Meals can be tailor made to suit any palate, and are cooked on site or prepared by your personal cook in the morning. Should you have any special food requests, please let us know!

Tents

Eco Tours only uses tents that are mosquito proof and special needs are accommodated graciously in advance.
