After a relaxing breakfast we head out for a short city tour visiting the Kigali highlights, Gisozi Memorial etc, before the trip up to Le Parc National des Volcans, where you will experience the gorillas.

The trip is a winding drive through the picturesque landscapes of the land of a thousand hills. The spectacular landscape, the little villages and the people will capture your heart.

After checking in at Virunga lodge, we visit the twin lakes of Burera/Ruhondo and return to the lodge for a sundowner, dinner and an early night.
